The Morley Project 2.0 – Edgeclifff Homes

Weathertex is proud to have Edgecliff Homes as a long-standing customer. Since day one of opening their building company, Edgecliff has chosen Weathertex for nearly every project, a partnership that now spans close to six years. Their commitment to our products, including on all of their personal builds, speaks volumes about their trust in our quality. When we heard about the Morely project 2.0, We were more than thrilled to start a new journey with Edgecliff Homes. This residence is yet another striking addition to the Edgecliff portfolio, featuring our highly popular Weathergroove 1200mm smooth panels.

Our Business Development Manager, Renee Ball, visited Edgecliff’s latest property to interview Cassy Morley. The Morley family envisioned this home while living in a rental near the estate. “We fell in love with the estate and decided this was where we wanted to raise our family and have our forever home. So, we went ahead with Morley 2.0.” says Cassy.

And what a fantastic family home they’ve created!

The Morley Project 2.0 showcases attention to detail in every aspect. The exterior presents a modern barn style that harmoniously integrates with the landscape, while the interior achieves a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. One of our favourite spots of the house is the “Disney room.” As Renee explains, “They’ve used our Weathergroove 150 Smooth to create the bunk beds. One of the benefits of Weathertex is its natural composition, free from harmful glues, silica, or resins. This makes it an excellent choice for a child’s bedroom, in addition to being a highly durable product with an MPA rating of 32MPA.” A very creative design.

Now that this project is complete, we’re eager to learn what’s next for Edgecliff Homes. “So we’ve been very busy. We had our little baby girl. We’ve got our little boy on the way. So lots happening. And then, yeah, lots happening with Edgecliff. We’ve got some really big custom builds coming along, which is super exciting that are going to be different houses that people haven’t seen before..” We congratulate the Morley family and look forward to seeing their what their future designs hold.

The Morley Project 2.0 stands as a testament to Edgecliff Homes’ commitment to quality and innovation, and Weathertex is thrilled to be part of such a remarkable journey. The Morley Project 2.0 stands as a shining example of what’s possible when creativity meets quality.

At Weathertex, we are honoured to be part of such meaningful projects and look forward to supporting Edgecliff Homes in many more inspiring builds to come.
