Weathertex Wellness Month returns for its fourth year !

At Weathertex, we know that looking after your mental health is just as important as staying safe on the job site. The building and construction industry is demanding, with long hours, tight deadlines and plenty of physical pressure, so it’s important to make time to check in with yourself and the people around you.

Over the years, Wellness Month has been about keeping things simple, practical and, most importantly, bringing people together. We’ve partnered with TradeMutt to create high-vis shirts with fun, eye-catching patterns that add some personality to the worksite while helping get conversations about mental health started.

We’ve also enjoyed celebrating the month with our customers through lollies, BBQs and golf days. These are small things, but they give people a chance to step away from the usual day-to-day, have a chat and enjoy some time together.

While there’s plenty of fun involved, Wellness Month is about something bigger, creating more opportunities to talk about mental health and reminding people that it’s okay to check in, speak up and look out for one another.

Now in its fourth year, Weathertex Wellness Month is back, and we’re excited to continue supporting our customers and the wider building industry.
