Andrew Dwight has over 33 years of experience in the construction industry. Starting as a carpenter, he advanced through roles as a construction supervisor and builder to become a building designer. He founded AAD Build, specializing in high-end design and construction of custom homes in Sydney. After five years, Andrew saw a need for improved technology in the industry, leading AAD Build to develop PlusSpec, a 3D virtual construction and estimating tool.
This technology allows designers and builders to visualize projects, associate real product selections and pricing, and identify potential issues before construction begins.
