CORNER SOAKER
For use with Primelok & Classic Products
Corner Soakers enable builders to create a quick-to-install waterproof 90 degree Weathertex Primelok or Classic weatherboard corner.
The pre-formed corrosion resistant anodized aluminum corner soaker is compatible with flat surface Primelok or Classic weatherboards, to create a waterproof corner, ready to be painted.

Installation Method
1. Refer to Weathertex Installation manual for the correct installation of the wall including studs and membrane. Cut boards with an angle to suit the corner and provide a neat fit.
2. Start from the base of the wall, installing the base board and Weathertex, allowing a gap at the corner by finishing, in each direction, 5mm before the corner.
3. Fit the corner soaker, ensuring the soaker is a tight fit at the base of the board.
4. Fix the soaker using a 40mm flat head nail in either direction, through the top of the board and into the stud.
5. Continue with the next board, installing and fixing the next soaker.
6. Wipe the Corner soaker with a household cleaner, prime with an acrylic sealer and apply at least two coats of
external grade top coat, in accordance with the manufacturer’s requirements.
