Building Faster, Smarter & Exploring MMC & Net Zero Housing

Building Faster and Smarter

Join us for our next Weathertex Wednesday Live Webinar featuring special guest speaker Christina Renger, Founder & Principal of Net Zero Design.

As the building industry continues to evolve, architects, designers and builders are increasingly looking for smarter ways to deliver homes that are not only more sustainable, but also more efficient, adaptable and resilient.

In this session, we'll explore how Modern Methods of Construction (MMC), sustainable design principles and Net Zero housing are reshaping the future of residential construction. Drawing on more than 20 years of experience in sustainable architecture and high-performance housing, Christina will share practical insights into creating homes that balance aesthetics, performance and environmental responsibility

Together, Weathertex and Net Zero Design will discuss:

• What Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) really mean for the Australian housing industry

• How sustainable design principles are shaping the homes of the future

• Designing for Net Zero Carbon outcomes from the earliest project stages

• Creating healthy, high-performing and climate-responsive homes

• Material selection and its role in reducing embodied carbon

• The opportunities and challenges facing specifiers, prefab manufacturers and builders as sustainable housing becomes the new standard
